Outlook 2016 hangs on updating folders
Office 365 account has read and manage (plus send email from and on behalf) permissions to another mailbox.
I've setup the office 365 account in outlook 2016 using autodiscover which all works ok.
INFO - synth Driver Synth (.572): Loaded synth Driver eloquence ERROR - braille.
Braille Display By Name (.838): Error initializing display driver Traceback (most recent call last): File "braille.pyc", line 1504, in set Display By Name File "braille Display Drivers\freedom Scientific.pyc", line 179, in __init__ Runtime Error: No display found INFO - braille.
I did leave outlook open overnight but it didn't sync anymore emails.
Input Manager._handle Input Help (.079): Input help: gesture kb(laptop): NVDA 2, bound to script toggle Speak Typed Characters on global Commands. Input Manager._handle Input Help (.223): Input help: gesture kb(laptop): NVDA INFO - input Core.
The email account that outlook is logged into appears to sync ok without needing to click Update Folders, it's only "shared" mailboxes.
Is there a setting that needs changing or is this how cached mode works. Please refer to this KB article for more information: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/3115602 There are a couple of different options you can take to resolve it depending on what works best for you.
Sometimes Windows gives the possibility to exit the application or wait.
NVDA version: Next 14373, my Braille display is not connected.
The only issue is that in cached mode the secondary mailbox that it has permissions to view shows all it's folders but when clicking on the folders it shows no content.
